About Bruno

Bruno Isidoro (Pictured on the left) purchased Zi' Teresa restaurant in 2009. Six years later (2015) he became the sole proprietor.

Bruno has a great passion for food and he is very instrumental along with his Head Chef, Michele Leva in creating signature dishes that are the hallmark of the New Zi Teresa and Vito (Centre) managing Front of House and looking after the guests in his own friendly style.

Michele was the original head chef when the restaurant opened in 1991 and when Bruno acquired ownership in June 2015 he jumped at the opportunity to return to the venue where it all started for him all those years ago and work closely again with Bruno.

The restaurant has undergone a major makeover in recent times with a brand new lounge area for diners to enjoy a drink before and after dinner. Bruno recently introduced theme nights at the restaurant and will be continuing with them, such was the success and the demand for more from those who attended. Elvis strutting his stuff and Pavarotti belting out ‘Nessun Dorma’ were just a few of the highlights last year, so keep an eye out for our special theme nights!
